Questions before you order

How do I know a part fits my machine?

Each listing shows the models it fits and the OEM part numbers it replaces. Match the part number stamped on your old part or listed in your parts manual. If your model isn't listed or you're unsure, email cs@zbox.com with your machine's model and serial number and we'll confirm before you order.

Are these genuine OEM parts?

Most parts are Zbox aftermarket replacements manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit, materials and performance; some are genuine OEM, and the listing says which. Every part is cross-referenced to the OEM number it replaces and carries the same fitment at a fraction of dealer price. Zbox-branded parts are covered by a one-year replace-or-refund warranty.

How fast will it ship?

In-stock items ship free from our US warehouse on business days with 2 to 6 day ground delivery, and you'll receive tracking by email. Oversized items such as seats, glass and cylinders may ship by a different carrier; the shipping method is shown at checkout before you pay.

What if it's the wrong part?

Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within one year of delivery, and that includes parts that turn out not to fit. Start by emailing cs@zbox.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. See the full return policy.
