Return Policy

One-year returns, including fit. You have 365 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. That covers change of mind and fitment problems alike: if the part turns out not to fit your machine, send it back.

To be eligible, the part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your order number. Parts that have been installed or show wear can't be returned unless they're defective.

To start a return, email cs@zbox.com with your order number and the reason. If your return is accepted, we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns go to: 8801 Conant St, Hamtramck, MI 48211. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be processed.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We'll cover return shipping and get the right part on its way.

Quality and warranty
Zbox aftermarket parts are manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for fit, materials and performance, and every part is cross-referenced to the OEM number it replaces. If a Zbox-branded part fails under normal use within one year of delivery, we'll replace it or refund it.

Non-returnable items
Electrical and electronic parts that have been installed, special-order parts, and items marked final sale can't be returned unless defective. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases can't be returned. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right part is to request a return for the one you have and place a new order for the correct part. We'll refund the return once it's received.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post it. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cs@zbox.com.
